BOOKING POLICY
The $50.00 security deposit is non-refundable, non-transferrable.
Sales tax will be added to the total amount due.
All studio time purchased must be used within the time allotted. If technical difficulties do occur, it is up to my discretion to reschedule or provide unused hours in the future.
The client who booked the session and is listed on the invoice as the payee owns the masters once the entire session is paid in full.
All payments are final and non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If for any reason you need to cancel your studio time completely, please notify me immediately. For all cancellations, the initial $50.00 deposit is forfeited and non-refundable - no exceptions. In the event that I need to cancel the session, I will honor your $50.00 deposit for a future date.
If you do not show up before the first hour of your session and you do not contact me to let me know you are running late, I shut the session down and clock out for the day. Your session will be considered cancelled as a No Call, No Show.
TARDINESS POLICY
If you arrive late to your session, you still owe the full amount for the time you booked. The clock starts during the time allotted when the session was booked, not when you arrive.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose sessions follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start the session.
Out of respect and consideration for myself and my other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
BEFORE YOUR SESSION
I use Studio One to record and mix. If you do not use Studio one, be sure to bring your stems to me before the day of your session.
You can use either a thumb drive or hard drive to bring in your session files or tracks. You also have the option of utilizing Dropbox or WeTransfer (please send to [email protected]). Many prefer to email files so they will be here upon arrival and you can spend more time in your session recording.
I encourage all of my clients to review a map of my location (San Antonio, TX). Due to traffic and depending on time of day, always plan on leaving 30-45 minutes prior to ensure that you're not late for your session.
DURING YOUR SESSION
Editing your files, burning your music onto a CD and transferring your files are all done within your session time.
I will always provide an .mp3 or .wav file of your music during your session. If you would like your raw session files (the Studio One session) as well, please bring your hard drive the day of your session so I can provide them for you within your scheduled time. If you do not have a hard drive, I can send your files via Dropbox during your scheduled time. If you request your session files after your session has commenced, there will be a minimum charge of forty dollars ($40) for me to put your session files on your hard drive OR send them to you via Dropbox. Files sent via Dropbox must be downloaded within 14 days of your files being uploaded into Dropbox.
With your approval and entirely at your discretion, I may take a photo or record video of you during your session. Within 24 to 48 hours, I may share this content with an appropriate caption on my social media that includes but is not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. I find that this promotional tactic not only helps my studio, but also provides great advertising to you as an artist within the music industry.
AFTER YOUR SESSION
If you would like your session files (the Studio One session), after your session has commenced, there will be a minimum charge of forty dollars ($40) for me to put your session files on your hard drive OR send them to you via Dropbox. Files sent via Dropbox must be downloaded within 14 days of your files being uploaded into Dropbox.
My hard drive will be cleared every six (6) months. To ensure that your files are not forever lost, be sure to obtain them during or soon after your session.
I will be in contact with you via email or phone to make sure you receive the highest quality of customer service. I may ask for a testimonial to publish on my website or future sales funnels, as well as promote you as an artist in my community.
EDITS AND REVISIONS
Any edits that are made after your session will require a minimum charge of twenty-five dollars ($25) due to the time it takes to recall a session and make the changes.
For changes that will take longer than 60 minutes, normal hourly rates will apply and studio time will need to be booked using the scheduler.
GENERAL POLICIES AND REGULATIONS
For the comfort of myself and clients, please refrain from smoking inside the studio. The designated smoking area is located on the front porch of the building and anywhere outside beyond the front porch.
All illegal drug substances and weapons of any kind that are harmful or disruptive are strictly prohibited inside of my studio.
I reserve the right to deny entry or refuse business without refund, liability or compensation if the circumstances so require.

Use of my (Cacci, Cacci Beats, or Cacioppo Media LLC) logo on paper fliers, digital fliers, CD's, DVD's, banners or other promotional material is strictly prohibited without official written release by myself.
